You only need 4 ingredients to make this healthy flan, actually there are 3 ingredients if you decide to make it completely light omitting the sugar, in my case I didn't use sugar but I included it because I know that many don't like light snacks, an interesting texture has this cold dessert, creamy and at the same time very dense, this was the snack I ate while editing this post. Do you eat something while editing your publications? when you have oatmeal at home consider this dessert and you will have a tasty snack for sure for your afternoons.

A healthy dessert to share this weekend, another point in favor of this snack loaded with fiber is that it is very economical, of course the topping I added is optional but if you want to make it is simply bitter cocoa, with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a little water, it must be cooked until it thickens, let it rest and cover your flan. I hope you find this tutorial useful, thank you for coming here.
