Hello again fellow readers💖!!!

Acompáñenme a preparar mi desayuno. Hoy no quería desayunar algo tan pesado, usualmente como arepas de desayuno o alguna que otra empanada, pero hoy decidí prepararme un sándwich con ingredientes no tan pesados para mi estómago.

Join me to prepare my breakfast. Today I didn't want to have something so heavy for breakfast, usually I eat arepas for breakfast or some empanada, but today I decided to prepare a sandwich with ingredients that are not so heavy for my stomach.

Yo usualmente empleo cualquier tipo de panes para hacer sándwiches, a veces uso unos más pequeños que otros, redondos o cuadrados, en este caso usare pan cuadrado porque es el que tengo en mi nevera estos momentos. A veces preparo sándwiches de cangrejo o de pollo, pero como estoy en hora de desayuno voy a colocarle uno que otros vegetal y queso…Así que Vamos!!

I usually use any kind of bread to make sandwiches, sometimes I use some smaller than others, round or square, in this case I will use square bread because it is the one I have in my fridge right now. Sometimes I make crab or chicken sandwiches, but since it's breakfast time I'm going to add some veggies and cheese... So let's go!

Necesitaremos pocos ingredientes, que habitualmente tenemos en nuestra casa. Yo busque en mi nevera unos ingredientes que sé que no me harán daño a mi estómago, así que elegí los que les mostrare a continuación

Un pimentón	One bell pepper
Una cebolla morada	One red onion
25 g Queso de rallar	25 g grated cheese
Salsa de tomate	Tomato sauce
Jamón al gusto	Ham to taste
1 Cdta de Mantequilla	1 tsp butter
Pan de sándwich	Sandwich bread

Lo primero que haré es untar un poco de mantequilla en el pan y lo pondré a tostar, lo hago en un aripo (en Oriente le decimos así, donde se hacen arepas) porque mi tostador lo están reparando, pero no importa queda muy rico igualmente.

Le aplico salsa de tomate en los dos panes y empiezo a colocarle jamón y queso rallado, pico el tomate y el pimentón y coloco en el pan, dejo que sigan tostando un poco más los panes para que estén crujientes, amo cuando son crujientes. Aplico más salsa de tomate y más queso, amo el queso así que siempre le echo a casi todo, coloco el otro pan haciendo encima una tapa y lo saco con mucho cuidado de no quemarme para colocarlo en un plato con servilletas, tomo mi cuchillo para panes y corto en diagonal, caliento café y está listo para comer.

The first thing I will do is spread a little butter on the bread and toast it, I do it in an aripo (in the East we call it that, where arepas are made) because my toaster is being repaired, but it doesn't matter, it is still very tasty.
I apply tomato sauce on the two breads and start adding ham and grated cheese, I chop the tomato and paprika and put it on the bread, I let the breads toast a little more so they are crunchy, I love when they are crunchy.
I apply more tomato sauce and more cheese, I love cheese so I always put it on almost everything, I place the other bread making a lid on top and take it out being very careful not to burn myself to place it on a plate with napkins, I take my bread knife and cut diagonally, I heat up coffee and it's ready to eat.
