It's Friday, many of us are looking forward to this day, because we have the weekend to enjoy it or to do things at home that we do not have a lot of time with in the week, for those who stay at home nothing better than preparing those Desserts delicious and easy to make, while you do your things you can enjoy something sweet and I assure you that the day will be much better.
The banana has the particularity of replacing sugar and even flour in some cases, the very ripe ripe bananas with the black shell are the ones with the most sugar, many people usually prepare with them sweet banana, but you can also prepare a delicious cake of ripe banana and also with caramel, what I like about this cake is that when turning it you can see the banana pieces, then I share the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 5 ripe bananas
- 120 g of brown sugar
- 180 g of white sugar
- A spoon and a half of honey (40 g)
- 180 g of flour with incorporated yeast
- 2 tablespoons thick cream (80 g)
- 150 g of butter
- A teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
Preparation:
Gather all the elements and preheat the oven to 180 ° C, Melt 80 g of butter over low heat in a pot, add the brown sugar and honey, cook medium heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly, Pour the caramel obtained in a round mold for oven of about 24 cm in diameter, cut 3 or 4 sliced bananas to cover the bottom of the mold, crush a banana in a dish with a fork and add the cream, in another dish, beat 70 g butter a little soft next to the white sugar until the dough is white
then add the essence of vanilla and eggs one at a time, continue beating as you add the eggs to mix well with the dough, add the flour little by little and continue Whipping, add the banana and cream mixture you have prepared just before and continue beating until you get a homogeneous mass. Pour this dough into the mold gently so as not to spoil the arrangement of the banana slices. Bake for about 40 or 45 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and wait a few minutes before turning it over on a plate.
Tips: when you take the cake out of the oven, before turning it over on a plate, put a knife or a spatula around it to take it off the mold.
