Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour, 45 minutes
Serving Size: 20+ meatblls
Preheat your oven to 400°F
Lightly spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl mix all the meatball ingredients well using your hands or a fork.
Using your hands or a small ice cream scoop form balls into your desired size. Approx 1-1/2 inches.
Place the meatballs on your cooking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. If you are using another meat like ground beef, you will need to adjust your time.
While you wait for the meatballs to bake combine all the sauce ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Place the sauce into a crock pot and turn the crock pot on high and add the meatballs to the crock pot when they are done baking in the oven.
Let the sauce and meatballs cook for 1 hour in the crock pot.
Now is a good time to cook up some white rice (Jasmine is the best) as a nice white fluffy yummy bedding of goodness for your meatballs.
Place the meatballs on your bed of white rice with a small amount of sauce and enjoy!
Top with some chopped green onion or your desired choice.
