These little donuts prepared with good cod, onions, garlic, onion branches, parsley, Caribbean pepper, are always unanimous! So if you want to treat your guests (and you too), you know what you have to do
INGREDIENTS:
250 g salt cod
250g of flour
3 onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 branches of onions country (green)
1/2 bunch of parsley
1 Caribbean pepper
1 egg
1/2 glass of water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 bottle of oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
PREPARATION:
STEP 1
Desalt the cod. For this, fill a large bowl of cold water, put a strainer inside, and put your cod in the colander. Thus, she will not be in contact with the salt that will fall in the bottom of the salad bowl. Remember to change the water 3 or 4 times.
2ND STEP
Then boil the cod with plenty of water for 5 to 10 minutes. When it is well cooked, pass it on the grind with onions, garlic, green onions, parsley, yeast, salt, pepper and chilli. Then pour this mixture into a large bowl.
STEP 3
Then add the flour, egg and water so that the dough is creamy and homogeneous. Stir in yeast and let stand for 1 hour.
STEP 4
Heat the cooking oil in the large skillet. When it is hot, form small balls of pasta with a teaspoon, dip them in the oil and let them fry. Place the accras on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve warm.
TIPS
For a more melting texture, you can add 2 beautiful potatoes (cooked) in your dough! And if you like the taste of parsley, choose flat parsley, even stronger in flavor.
