It's never too late for this ...

While I share this tasty coffee at a friends farm, my heart is in shape, to assimilate so much that happens and on the other hand to understand that life goes on and that every day there is a pending task.

We have to change... They say that the mouth speaks what the heart feels, and it's true, what we say speaks about a lot of what we feel, our feelings and our actions that describe our personality of who we really are and what we are capable of doing as human beings.

The great sages have taught us for many years the discovery of ourselves, to know ourselves better but we don't even bother to think about this. We just want to keep living believing that everything is perfect without realizing that we are doing precisely what people want us to do.

That's when people come along who think they know everything but they're immature, and that's when I say that there's nothing worse than waiting all your life for someone to solve your problems. Because this is like....playing at being an irresponsible child who expects mom and dad to come with a magic 🪄 wand to solve our existential conflicts because everything revolves around us.

There are so many people like that who are able to say "the first 35 years of my childhood, almost killed". People who do not want to change, want to remain dependent, with high traits of immaturity al.point of being great manipulators believing that the world owes them something.

Well, I'm going to tell you something sooner or later, the blow of falling to the bottom of the precipice is going to be very hard, the bottom of the abyss will be very deep, the failure is going to be very big and you are going to know if you are going to get out of there, all for playing crazy, immature and not taking responsibility for yourself.

I am one of those who thinks that without internal order there is no plan that supports it. People who do not want to change, do not fall to the bottom of the abyss for lack of ideas, they fall by outdated internal models.

When we choose to change we leave the autopilot where beliefs are formed, about identity, values, money and merit and they give us back the direction, from there clarity about our gifts appear, we stop copying other people's models and we start building from coherence and not from urgency.

There are people who do everything. They hold, they resolve, they control. From the outside they look strong. From the inside they don't know how to stop. Ordering your life doesn't make you rigid, it makes you free. Because only those who govern themselves can walk without chains, even in the midst of uncertainty.

Beware of emotional hyperactivity, perfectionism, the "I can do anything", sometimes they are not traits of strength. It's anxiety. It is resistance to change, the one that is not noticed because it is masked as effectiveness. The one that consumes in silence because no one sees it.
