Returning to the ranch house late at night, I followed Abigail around the homestead as she prepared for sleep. After petting Rufus in the yard and attempting to soothe Abigail during an awkward late-night silent treatment, I finally joined her in the bedroom to sleep until morning.

With the clock past ten at night, I decided to head inside the ranch house to find some dinner and turn in for the night. Walking away from the campfire, I spotted Abigail heading toward the side door and decided to follow her inside.

Passing through the yard, I noticed Jack standing a short distance away before Abigail pushed through the front entrance.

I stepped inside right behind her, watching as she sat on the couch for a moment before walking over to the closet. She mentioned how nice the place was turning out, and John quietly agreed with her assessment.

Hoping to grab a late-night meal before bed, I waited around the main room, but it seemed the family had already eaten earlier in the day. Leaving me on a single meal for the whole day, Abigail mentioned having a busy schedule tomorrow and began walking toward the bedroom.

I followed her down the hall, expecting her to head straight to bed, but right as I reached the doorway, she turned around and walked back outside into the night air.

Puzzled by her sudden movement, I followed her back out into the yard to see where she was heading. She stopped at her usual spot near the porch, looking at distant.

I tried to soothe her with a few kind words, but she kept up a cold demeanor. Spotting Rufus wandering through the yard, I called the dog over and leaned down to pet him while Abigail watched from a distance.

When I turned to look toward her, John's steady stare seemed to irritate her further, prompting me to glance away and wait for her to head back inside.

By the time the clock crossed midnight, Abigail finally turned around and walked back into the house. I followed her into the bedroom, where she sat down on her side of the mattress.

I sat down on the opposite edge, leaving us looking like a couple in the middle of a silent feud. Once she finally laid down under the covers, I let John climb in beside her and went to sleep, resting up until the morning sun hit the ranch.

Here I'm finishing the post for today, and I'll talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.
