Yesterday I went out for a run at the park near my house. Started strong but around 5 km my knee started hurting again from the last run. Had to stop and walk it off.
Walked to the beach nearby, sat for a while, let the breeze hit me, and watched the sunset. That break really helped. Felt good enough to pick up the pace again, so I kept going with a fast walk until I closed the day at 10.70 km.
I wanted to post this yesterday but couldn't β the blackout here in Cuba is total. No power, no internet, nothing. It's hard. But honestly, moving β running, walking, just being outside β is the only thing that keeps me calm. It clears my head like nothing else.
Not every day is easy, but we keep moving. Even if I post a day late.
