This is the first time I made Black Sambo. I'm happy because I've done it perfectly and delicious. The second try was on the birthday of my aunt, I did not see any unflavored white gelatin in the grocery so I used green and I did not notice that it has flavor, it's buko pandan flavor plus there's no measuring cup in the house of my granny. so, it did not form well and it's a mess. so it is very important that you have a measuring cups.
I didn't like gelatin before but when I tasted Black Sambo, I ate a lot and It is one of my favorites now. :)

INGREDIENTS;
3 Cups Milk - Fresh Milk or Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Condensed Milk
1 Cup All-purpose Cream
1 Pack Unflavored Gelatine (25g)
2 Tablea Balls or 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
I used fresh milk and evaporated milk to make black sambo, and for me, it is better to use the evaporated milk. Also don't buy cocoa powder that has no brand, 'yong cocoa powder na nabibili sa tindahan hindi siya masarap
For white layer
Melt 1 pack of unflavored Mr. Gulaman into the milk. Dissolve and mix well, mash the lumps.
In a pan, over low heat put 1 cup milk with the dissolved gelatine, 1 cup all-purpose cream and 1/2 cup condensed milk. stir continuously until completely mixed, make sure there are no lumps.
Pour into mold and let it cool. put in a freezer
For the 2nd layer
Melt the tablea or the cocoa powder first in a hot water.
Pour the 2 cups milk with dissolve gelatine, 1/2 cup condensed milk and the melted chocolate into a pan over low heat. stir continuously for about 10 minutes.
Pour the chocolate mix over the white layer.
Refrigerate
Put some chocolate syrup on top before serving. ENJOY!
