As you can see from my activities in the community I am new to, I welcome everyone to cooperate with me.Hope everybody is doing well at the moment. I basically like to cook, so today I will share with you one of my fun recipes. I hope food lovers will like my recipe.
I cooked pumpkin with fried eggs today.In fact, I made the food very juicy because we need to eat vegetables at the moment, so I cooked liquid food to keep the body fluid level right.I have not used too much spice in cooking. I have tried to cook the vegetables lightly so that the qualities of the vegetables remain the same.
I first cut the pumpkins into a bowl and washed and cleaned them.Then I put them in one place and fried the eggs in a pot.Then I put the eggs in another place and in that pot I boiled the pumpkins lightly with different spices and cooked them and then I put the fried eggs inside it and finally I was cooked.
Anyway I tried this way to cook this delicious pumpkin vegetable of mine. I hope you like it. If you like it, you must try to make it at home and let me know how it went. Thank you.
