Life is truly too short to be consumed by constant worry, yet many people begin their mornings already choked with anxiety thinking about problems, pressure, and uncertainties. Over time, this habit affects their health and drains their strength, often resulting in zero productivity for the day. This is why I am very intentional about how I start my mornings.
I begin my day with morning devotion and meditation. This quiet time helps me settle my mind, connect spiritually, and remind myself of what truly matters. I then play soft gospel music while exercising, which fills my heart with peace and renews my energy. Afterward, I review my plan for the day so I can move forward with clarity and purpose.
This routine gives me peace, motivation, and focus. I consciously avoid negative thoughts and social media in the morning because they easily introduce worry and distraction. Instead of allowing my mind to be crowded with stress, I choose calmness and positivity.
I strongly believe mornings are filled with fresh energy. The mind is clearer, the body is rested, and the memory is still very sharp. I experienced this clearly during my school days while preparing for exams. My best assimilation time was always in the morning, and starting my day peacefully helped me stay focused and productive.
Ultimately, my morning routine teaches me to first choose peace, practice gratitude, and live intentionally. When I do this, I am able to bring out the very best in each day.
