We had company for lunch today. I made Texas Style Chili, Pinto Beans, Jalapeno Corn Bread and Pico de Gallo . The cornbread was baked in a vintage cast iron pan. The pan did not hold all of the batter, so another little cast iron skillet held the rest of the batter. Both of the cast iron pans had belonged to my mom. MMM it was so good.
My dear husband took the picture while it was still in the pans on the stove. We used a Canon Elph Sure Shot 115. This is our own original picture.
