Is there anyone here who doesn't eat fried rice? As we all know, most Filipinos cannot eat a meal without rice. Am I correct? They also claim that we are big rice eaters. We enjoyed it a lot, and we cooked it in various ways.
As for today, I will share how I cooked my own version of Fried Rice.
See the recipe below :
As for the procedure you can follow this:
THE PREPARATION
- Chop all the vegetables, carrots into mince and baguio beans chop it thinner. Also the onions, garlic and the mushroom.
- Washed the pork properly, then chop it into small pieces, then set aside.
3.Prepare the soy sauce, ground pepper, salt and olive oil.
4.Prepare the cooked rice and 1 cup quinao.
COOKING PROCEDURE
In a hot wok, add small amount of olive oil to saut茅 the pork. Let it simmer for 3mins until it's cook or brownish. Then, add the baguio beans and let it set for 1min only. So the beans will not overcook. Then, set aside the mixed saut茅ed pork & baguio beans.
Add a 3 table spoonful of olive oil in the hot wok, then saut茅 the garlic, onion and mushroom.
Then, add the cooked rice mixed with quinoa. Then let it cook for 3mins until the rice is a little bit brown.
Then add the minced carrots that will add crunchness to the fried rice. And add the pork with beans.
Pour 3 tablespoon of soy sauce, sprinkle pinch of salt and ground pepper. And mix them together so the taste will be evenly distributed. Then, let it cook for another 30secs, and done!
6.Serve it hot! enjoy.
