So I was lazy to go out today and just ordered on Grab from KOBI BAYAN. I saw the 24/7 Ang Sarap tagline and said why not give it a try.
I ordered two things. First is the Lechon Kawali. Even though it was delivered, look at that skin, still crispy. When I took a bite you can really hear the crunch. Inside it is still juicy, not dry at all. They put some onions on top which actually makes it better. I did not even need a lot of sauce, the pork alone is already tasty. It is the kind of dish that makes you want extra rice. For a Grab delivery, the quality is still really good.
Then the Beef Pares. This one surprised me. The beef is so soft, like you barely need to chew. The sauce is thick, kind of sweet and salty, you know that classic pares flavor. They topped it with garlic and green onions. I added a little chili and it was perfect. I paired it with plain rice and it was more than enough. The sauce did not spill even during delivery.
Honestly for me this combo is perfect for Grab. One crunchy, one saucy and soft. You get both cravings satisfied. If you love Filipino food like I do, you will enjoy this. I will definitely order again on Grab next time. I took these photos before I started eating because it looked too good not to share. Solid delivery experience.
