Here's a simple recipe for a Nutella Modak.
Ingredients
- Nutella chocolate 1/2 cup
- 100 grams mava (khoya)
- 1 cup cookies
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- sugar totaste
Preparation
In a non-stick pan on the gas, add milk mava sugar and nutella. Mix and cook until the mixture becomes smooth.
Mix cardamom in the mixture and turn off the gas and keep the mixture to cool down. Now mix the cookie power in the mixture and make a soft dough and keep it in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes.
After that take out the ready mixture for modak, take a small amount in your hand and shape the modak. Nutella modak is ready you can decorate it with chocolate syrup on top. Enjoy it.
