I did this workout at my friend Angelo Castillo's house @angelo-sw. Unfortunately, when it was time to take the photos, the power went out, which happens frequently in Venezuela and is quite annoying. That didn't stop me from doing my plank workout. It consisted of starting with plank exercises, then doing some push-ups for each progression, and finally, some push-ups for each of the progressions I performed. Finally, the power came back on, and I did some lean planche push-ups to finish the routine and successfully complete it.
