During our recent trip to Gokarna(in India) we ordered noodles from a famous beach side restaurant. It was delayed a bit but finally it was hot and delicious, though it was oily but tasted really good. It was a veg noodles hence you can find vegetables, other available variants were chicken noodles, egg noodles etc.
They are not a healthy food but having them once in a while won't kill you. Relish the taste and enjoy your day.
