I made maja blanca today. Nothing fancy, just creamy coconut pudding with toasted peanuts on top. I chilled it for two hours so it's nice and cold.
It turned out so soft and not too sweet, just the way I like it. This dessert always reminds me of home, my mom used to make it every Sunday when I was a kid.
I cut three slices for the photo but I will probably finish all of them while watching the tennis finals later.
If you love simple Filipino desserts, this one is a classic. You should try making it, it's so easy and really good.
