Hi Actifitters,

technically, reverse pull-ups were on the schedule for yesterday, but since I had taken a step back with close-grip push-ups last time, I decided to prioritize another push-up session instead.
That might have been a good idea, as I was able to match the performance from my training session before last. The following tables show the current status.

The next goal according to the training plan (72+):

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
12171313max (min. 17)60 seconds

My previous attempt (51):

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
121797660 seconds

Yesterdays attempt (55):

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
1217118760 seconds

I'm curious to see if I'll finally make more progress in the next session.

Mission 80 (Day 99 = 86.0 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 kg / Total loss = 4.0 kg)

And once again, a few grams have dropped off—and that’s despite feeling like I ate just a little bit too much yesterday. This proves that the sudden weight gain was due to water retention in the body.

Reverse pull-ups are on the agenda again today. And since the internet is working again, it’s quite likely that I’ll finally manage to complete an indoor cycling session today, too.
