The is the first time I had dill roots while in Thailand.
This is not the way I clean then now, but I had no idea what I was doing. Now I wash the whole plant like you saw on in my post about washing this wonderful food in my bathroom.
The little rubber bands are very hard on my arthritic fingers each time I see them. I see them a lot because that is the way a lot of the food is packaged here in Thailand. Sometimes I cut them off and decorate my room with little pieces of rubber.
You cannot imagine the amount of dill that was attached to these roots, but I ate it for quite a while.
I’m using a Canon ELPH160 point and shoot camera. Soon to be replaced.

Would I be in SE Asia if I still weighed 275 pounds? No. Anyone can get over obesity and live their dreams if I did.
