La emoción de la CAF 2024 es una experiencia única 😍 todo comienza para mi el año pasado, donde acompañé a @danielvehe en algunos puntos de la carrera. Aunque ya había asistido una vez hace mucho tiempo, el año 2023 fue el momento que conecté con este evento.

Justo estoy cumpliendo un año de empezar a correr, de hacer entrenamientos para estar preparada para esta carrera, mis primeros 21 km oficiales.

The excitement of CAF 2024 is a unique experience 😍 it all starts for me last year, where I accompanied @danielvehe at some points of the race. Although I had attended once a long time ago, 2023 was the moment I connected with this event.

I'm just completing a year of starting to run, training to be ready for this race, my first official 21 km.

El Día de la Carrera

Todo comienza muy temprano y la ansiedad no me dejaba dormir la noche anterior, sin embargo mentalizada para descansar, dormí un poco.

Llegamos al parque los caobos bien temprano, todo estaba oscuro con mejor iluminación que el año pasado, realmente había mejor organización, muchísimos voluntarios dando información, amables 😍 eso me encanta.

The day of the race

Everything starts very early and the anxiety did not let me sleep the night before, however I was mentally prepared to rest, I slept a little.

We arrived at the park Los Caobos very early, everything was dark with better lighting than last year, there was really better organization, lots of volunteers giving information, friendly 😍 I love that.

Estuve con Daniel un buen tiempo, al llegar la hora sabía que cada quien tomaría su camino y su ritmo. La carrera termina siendo contigo 🙃

Después llegó @vandres que lo vi un segundo ya luego sabía que lo vería en la meta.

I was with Daniel for quite a while, when the time came I knew that everyone would go their own way and pace. The race ends up being with you 🙃

Then came @vandres I saw him for a second already then I knew I would see him at the finish.

Estuve corriendo muy medida, porque la ruta era nueva, así que no podía inventar. Todas las rutas nuevas me dan miedo 🤣 después todo fluye muy bien, así que los próximos 21 por esa ruta será muy sencillo.

Me emocionó muchísimo encontrar a los chicos de Hive Run, una barra súper espectacular, gracias a todos: @neilamarcano, @graciliano @enofv @angelik @karii @leomontagg @mundomnaaure lo hicieron muy bien 🥳

I was running very measured, because the route was new, so I could not invent. All new routes scare me 🤣 then everything flows very well, so the next 21 on that route will be very easy.

I was really excited to meet the guys from Hive Run, super spectacular bar, thanks to all: @neilamarcano, @graciliano @graciliano @enofv @angelik @karii did great 🥳.

Después fue solo correr, me emociona que muchísimas personas daban animo en el transcurso del camino, así encontré a varios amigos y conocidos. Fue emocionante.

Luego llegue a la meta, otra emoción inolvidable, donde también el equipo de la barra estaban ahí, esperando y prestando apoyo. Lo hicieron muy bien 🥳🥳🥳

Un año atrás soñé correr estos 21 km. Logré una meta que trabajé todo este tiempo. Recuerdo mi primera kilómetro trotando, donde llegué a durar 12 minutos en la caminadora 🤣🤣

La terminar todo el recorrido pude ver a @Erilej y nos reunimos todos para las fotos. Estoy orgullosa de todo lo que hemos construido este año: Hive Run es un hermoso proyecto 😍

Afterwards that it was just running, I was thrilled that so many people cheered me on along the way, and I met many friends and acquaintances. It was exciting.

Then I reached the finish line, another unforgettable emotion, where also the bar team were there, waiting and giving support. They did very well 🥳🥳🥳🥳.

A year ago I dreamed of running this 21km. I achieved a goal that I worked for all this time. I remember my first kilometer jogging, where I got to last 12 minutes on the treadmill 🤣🤣🤣.

Finishing the whole run I got to see @Erilej and we all met up for photos. I'm proud of everything we've built this year: Hive Run is a beautiful project 😍
