I have always had two separate pedestals from which I judge my affairs - one for myself, the other for everyone else. Somewhere along the line I must have skewed the scale of rationality demanding more from myself than others. This may be the right thing to do in theory, but it just means everyone else gets a free pass into messing up my affairs, I don't.
That is my reasoning for why trusting comes all too easily, and at times undeservedly. Never one to hide my feelings, When a presence is appreciated, it brings out the best side of me - all actions and sometimes inaction radiates a clear message of 'I trust you deeply' that leaves despicable s considering how best to maximize it to their advantage.
It is not the ignorance of human nature that makes me trust blindly; it is done as a response to my spirit being on its quest for expression. Falling for betrayal does not make me stupid, neither does it make you smart. It exposes you for the weak spirit you are.
26 years I've been on this Earth and am yet to learn, because it isn't a lesson I want to learn. Irrelevant beings do not get to ruin my spirit, I will keep trusting people as long as it is willed within me to do so.
