Saludos queridos amigos de foodies bee hive. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una deliciosa y fácil receta de ensalada de papa, zanahoria y huevo. Está ensalada la hice el día de hoy para acompañar mi almuerzo; les confieso que las ensaladas me encantan. A continuación les muestro como hacerla.

Greetings dear friends of foodies bee hive. Today I want to share with you a delicious and easy recipe for potato, carrot and egg salad. I made this salad today to accompany my lunch; I confess that I love salads. Here I show you how to do it.

Ingredientes:

4 papas
1 zanahoria
2 huevos
1/2 cebolla
Mayonesa al gusto
Sal al gusto

Ingredients:

4 potatoes
1 carrot
2 eggs
1/2 onion
mayonnaise to taste
salt to taste

Preparación:

Preparation:

Ponemos una olla al fuego con agua, agregamos las papas, la zanahoria, y los huevos. Cuando estén blandos se retiran del fuego.

We put a pot on the fire with water, add the potatoes, the carrot, and the eggs. When they are soft they are removed from the fire.

Seguidamente se pelan y cortan pequeños.

They are then peeled and cut small.

Luego cortamos la cebolla pequeña, la añadimos a la preparación anterior; seguidamente agregamos la sal y la mayonesa. Removemos hasta integrar muy bien los ingredientes.

Then we cut the small onion, we add it to the previous preparation; then add the salt and mayonnaise. Stir until the ingredients are well integrated.

Después serví con un poco de cilantro picado por encima.

Then I served with a little chopped coriander on top.
