Lo primero que vamos a hacer es lavar las papas, colocar en una olla con suficiente agua, lleva a fuego y cocinar hasta que esté blanda, dejar reposar , pelar y cortar en cuadros, reservar.

Después vamos a agregar la papa que cocimos en el primer paso, junto a la mayonesa y un poco de sal, y mezclar.
