Hi friends,
I thought of telling you how to make cheese sauce.
First of all butter is melted in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Secondly whisk flour and butter till it become smooth.
Thirdly milk is poured in to the butter mixture and stir it well with a wooded spoon.
Stir while cooking for nearly 3 minutes.
Finally Cheddar cheese is added and stirred for 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
