English version

I'm back with another recipe. This time, I made a chicken stew with zucchini, bell pepper, and onions—a unique combination that exceeded my expectations. I also made spaghetti with a simple white sauce. I'll show you how to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 6 pieces of chicken
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of powdered milk
  • 1/2 kilo of spaghetti
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 cup of water
  • Oil

Preparation:

I washed the herbs and the zucchini thoroughly with plenty of water. Then I cut the bell pepper in half and removed all the seeds. I peeled the onions and the zucchini; I cut both the bell pepper and the onions into julienne strips and the zucchini into small pieces.

I heated a little oil in a skillet and sautéed the chicken with the herbs and zucchini, cooking it for five minutes over low heat. Then I added a pinch of salt. I added a little water, and it finished cooking in fifteen minutes.

I brought a pot of two liters of water and a tablespoon of salt to a boil, then added half a kilo of spaghetti. It was ready in seven minutes.

In another smaller pot, I added the milk, wheat flour, and a pinch of salt, placed it over medium heat, and waited for it to come to a boil, stirring constantly. I added this sauce to the spaghetti and stirred to combine everything.

The final step was to serve it—which can be done by mixing everything together or by placing the spaghetti on the bottom and the chicken on top. I chose the second option and enjoyed my lunch.

  • 2 cebollas
