INGREDIENTS
two oz Absente herbal liqueur
one tbsp granulated sugar
half tspliquid wormwood extract
PROCEDURE
Fill the Absente liqueur (legal to import), granulated sugar, and twenty drops (approx half tsp) liquid wormwood extract (available from many health food stores -- Herb Pharm is a good choice) into a shaker with ice. Mix well, drain into an old-fashioned glass, and enjoy.
