Fizz Drink

INGREDIENTS

two oz apple brandy
juice of half lemons
one tsp powdered sugar
one egg white
carbonated water
ice

PROCEDURE

Mix all ingredients with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Pour with carbonated water, mix, and enjoy.
