INGREDIENTS
three oz vodka
one tsp white creme de cacao
half tsp sweet vermouth
half tsp dry vermouth
cocoa powder
PROCEDURE
Mix with cracked ice. Drain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with sweetened cocoa powder and decorate with a hershey's kiss.
