INGREDIENTS

one oz 42 Below vodka
one oz sake rice wine
one dash lemon juice
four oz ginger beer
half lime
one sliced cayenne pepper

PROCESS

Cut the half lime into four seperate wedges. Muddle the wedges and chili with a dash of lemon juice, and move to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Put the vodka and sake, and shake well. Fill the contents, including ice, into a highball glass. Top with ginger beer, to your liking, and serve.
