Engineer: "Hi Sandra, if you browse to O:/General/Files/Stuff you should see a program file called customfix.exe"
Sandra: "I can't see it?"
Engineer: "You must be able to? Let me look again. It's there, I can see it."
Sandra: "No, I can't see it?"
Engineer: "You have browsed to O:/General/Files/Stuff?"
Sandra: "Yes."
Engineer: "I don't understand? It's there."
Sandra: "Well not me it's not."
Engineer: "Wait, let me remote onto your PC and then you can show me exactly what you are doing."
A few moments later.
Sandra: "So I open Word and then I do File, Open....."
Engineer: "WHAT THE! WORD?!"
