Hello, friends especially foodies!
I am still on vacay to my second hometown, Surabaya. What i would like to share to you today is just my last dinner this year, and i would like to say to you i would be right back to write when i have more time alone, get back to my hometown, Jakarta.
What i had tonight were
- seafood fried rice - authentic surabaya, it had red color with savory sour sweet flavour and many seafood toppings such as shrimp, squid, and crab.
- fried noodle - it also had seafood topping, with light savory flavour.
- fried squid with sweet sour sauce - it had savory flavour but they were difficult to bite i didn't like it.
- salt and pepper squid - it had savory a bit peppery flavour.
- shrimp springroll - it had savory flavour with sweet sour sauce. A bit crispy outside and soft shrimp inside.
- soy sauce pork rib - it had sweet savory flavour.
- fish lips soup - it had savory sweet flavour with soft fish lips as its' main ingredient.
- steamed fish with garlic - it had light savory flavour with soft texture.
So what you had for this last day of 2022?
