Hello, friends especially foodies!
Last Sunday after the Sunday at church, I went to a dimsum famous world wide restaurant which was located on Pantjoran PIK, an old style famous food court in China Town Old Style. When we arrived at the restaurant it was around lunch time.
Because it was full on the first stair so we climbed the stair to the second stair to have dine in. Actually beside me, my aunty and her husband, we also had two other family members from HK, but they didn’t want to be published, so I respect her.
There we had a great time, because this restaurant had complete dimsum menus.
What we had that day were:
- Xiao Long Bao – thin skin, great dumpling soup inside. It had tasty savory flavour. Yummy!
- Feng Chao (Black Pepper Chicken Feet) – chicken feet with spicy sweet flavour. Not one of my favorite because it was too spicy for me.
- Baby Squid Fried Noodle – tasted savory and sweet but it had a bit too much oil for me, still okay cause it had tasty flavour.
- Shewmay – thin skin, savory flavour, inside had shrimp and chicken. Delicious!
- Steamed Bean Curd Spring rolls – tasty in savory, which served with oyster sauce. I love it too!
- Pantjoran Fried Rice – fried rice with light savory flavour, it had some toppings like egg, bbq chicken and lettuce. It was a nay for me.
- Chicken Barbeque Steamed Buns – one of the best, with sweet a bit savory flavour of barbeque chicken meat inside. The buns were soft and smooth, oh I love it too!
- Crispy Yam Dumplings – with crunchy soft skin, it had tasty meat inside the yam. Totally tasty and I also love it!
My conclusion is all of you must come to this place to have dimsum, the menus were great and their prices are make sense too.
So when will you come to May Star restaurant Pantjoran PIK branch?
