Feliz noche amigos hoy teníamos ganas de comer pizza y no teníamos muchos ingredientes así que hicimos una pizza bastante sencilla. Pero sabrosa, a veces no necesitamos tantos ingredientes.

Para hacer está pizza necesitamos:

• 1 kg de harina de trigo.
• 500 ml de agua.
• 4 cucharadas de aceite.
• 20 gr de levadura.
• sal.
• azúcar.
• orégano.
• salsa para pizza.
• cebolla.
• queso.

To make this pizza we need:

• 1 kg of wheat flour.
• 500 ml of water.
• 4 tablespoons of oil.
• 20 gr of yeast.

Comenzamos calentando un poco el agua y le agregamos la levadura.

Ahora vamos a colocar un poco de harina, ya que esto nos ayudará a activar la levadura.

Agregamos un poco de azúcar y así se terminara de activar la levadura.

Ahora vamos a ir incorporando la harina de trigo, también un poco de orégano y un poco de sal.

Amasamos y por último vamos a agregar las cucharadas de aceite.

Yo dejé reposar la masa por una hora y ahora la estire en una bandeja grande.
