Carne salteada con vegetales y pasta! 🥕🧅🫑🥦🥩 paso a paso [ESP-ENG]
Hoy para el almuerzo hicimos una carne salteada con vegetales. Siempre que mi mamá hace las compras y trae muchos vegetales yo soy muy feliz!
- Today for lunch we made a meat sauté with vegetables. Whenever my mother does the shopping and brings a lot of vegetables, I am very happy!
Para hacer la carne necesitamos:
carne.
cebolla.
pimiento.
zanahoria.
calabacín.
brócoli.
cilantro
puerro.
sal.
pimienta negra.
To make the meat we need:
meat.
onion.
pepper.
carrot.
zucchini.
broccoli.
cilantro
leek.
Salt.
black pepper.
Comenzamos picando todo muy bien.
- We started by biting everything very well.
Yo amo picar todo los vegetales me tomo mi tiempo pero eso me gusta mucho siempre que vamos a cocinar en casa yo soy la encargada de picar todo.
- I love to chop all the vegetables I take my time but I like that a lot whenever we are going to cook at home I am the one in charge of chopping everything.
La carne la sazone con sal y pimienta negra.
- Season the meat with salt and black pepper.
Comienzo a cocinar la carne, primero agrego un poco de aceite y luego agrego la carne. Y espero a que la carne este un poco blanda.
- I start to cook the meat, first I add a little oil and then I add the meat. And I wait for the meat to be a little soft.
Luego agrego la cebolla, pimiento, cilantro y puerro y agrego un poco de agua.
- Then I add the onion, bell pepper, coriander and leek and add a little water.
Luego agrego la zanahoria y calabacín y dejo cocinar un rato.

Ya por ultimo agrego el brócoli.

Y así de deliciosa luce nuestra carne. Que acompañamos con pasta. Yo siempre que como vegetales soy muy feliz!
