Hoy quiero compartir con cada uno de ustedes una receta muy saludable y nutritiva, fue lo que prepare para degustarla en la cena con unas rebanadas de pan blanco y un vaso de jugo de melón, Una rica carne molida full vegetales y verduras como papas y zanahorias.

Les comento que esta receta es fácil y rápida de preparar y a todos en casa empezando por los mas chicos les va a encantar.es un plato sumamente versátil, nutritivo y económico. Aporta una gran cantidad de proteínas, hierro,. Las verduras y vegetales son necesario para nuestro cuerpo humano.

A este plato le agregue verduras como papas y zanahoria y de vegetales pimentón, celery, apio España, cilantro, ají dulce. realmente es una bomba de sabores que al final todos se unen y queda una carne super rica y deliciosa.

Los ingredientes para la receta y el paso a paso se lo cuento enseguida.

Ingredientes

  • 500 gramos de carne molida de primera
  • 2 papas blancas
  • 1 zanahoria grande
  • 6 dientes de ajo, sal, 3 hojas de laurel y pimienta blanca
  • 150 gramos de vegetales ( cilantro, ajo porro, celery, pimentón rojo y cebolla blanca)
  • salsa de soya y salsa inglesa.

Preparación

Lo primero que hice fue buscar un sarten, agregarle agua, la carne molida, sal, pimienta, los ajos, hoja de laurel, tape y deje cocinar por 15 minutos, luego agregue la zanahoria y la papa cortada en cuadros pequeños, la salsa inglesa, la salsa de soya, deje cocinar por 15 minutos mas, destape y probé. Les cueto que quedo de chuparse los dedos.
