Hello! A lovely day indeed to all of you my dear friends around the world. How's the day? Well, I hope everyone is safe and in good health always. Despite this challenging world, our health must be our main concern and priority. So to be healthy let's eat nutritious foods all the time. Let's not skip our meals and if possible let us eat a healthy snack between meals. A snack that will add nourishment to our body.

What is a snack? Why this is important? Snacks are a small portion of foods eaten between meals. This could be simple pre-packed food items, fruits, vegetables, or any kind of food that could help boost our energy. This will add nutrients to our body aside from the regular meal.

Last Saturday, my kids requested me to cook snacks after washing our clothes. We felt exhausted from the five baskets of used clothes we washed. I can't say no to them. They would prefer me to cook since they wanted to learn about cooking too. As a mother, I always wanted to provide my children with a healthy snack instead of buying pre-packed or pre-cooked food items. So, I decided to cook snacks for them. I just utilized the available ingredients I have in my kitchen. I have flour, baking powder, and milk. So, I decided to prepare a pancake. My dear hive friends, in today's blog I would like to share with you my pancake recipe. Do you like to know how I prepared my pancake? Well, here's how.

The kids were enjoying themselves while they helped me in preparing the pancake. They had satisfied stomachs as they savor every bite of it. It's a delicious and nutritious snack for me. It's good for my husband too since it has less sugar added.
