We may often choose to be imprisoned by our own attachment to something we love. It is often ho wever not worth the consequences of being trapped on our own shackles,
indeed we may often choose to be limited just so we can have something we really love, in truth... if that something would be really worth our energy then we would not need to do so in most cases, and even then it would be 90% give for 10% take.
Of course not to discourage attachment in general, it can often be a nice and adventurous experience, however we are to be aware of when these attachments cause it's to be limited and then maybe consider changing is letting go.
Personally I find attachment to be as with all things a multi-purpose tool.
I believe nothing is really wasted, all of our experiences contribute towards an average of who we are as humans, question is, how do we optimize it...
I'm lately writting based on inspiration as I usually do, that's why I got inspired to write about the 10:90 topic.
Attachment is a whole topic on it's own, we are attached to what is deeply meaningful to us, something that has an emotional hold to us for reasons, whatever the reasons may be, we are to be mindful of the process and only intervene when it's needed.
It's interesting though that something very small can behind such a limiting factor in our lives, I'm contemplating lately the concept as a sign of self growth.
I feel any feeling of tension is a sign of a wake up call for clarity and growth, as though some high power is knocking the door for something need changing.
Generally I don't consider attachment to be a bad thing and I think of the attachment most people talk about as negative to be simply unhealthy attachment, an example of unhealthy attachment would be a toxic relationship or similar.
In conclusion, any situation can be limiting us, it is both a subjective and more objective experience, it's important to set our own respectable healthy boundaries both to ourselves and to contributors of situations in order to have the necessary source to grow.
Attachment can be a good thing when it's beneficial to us and does not hinder our growth, it's important to mention though that there are some situations which may be blessings in disguise, indeed don't unpleasant experiences may be there for the sole reason to get out of the comfort zone and start anew, Which is of course often times uncomfortable.
While it's important to be developing it's also important to be getting rest, so a healthy balance is all we need.
Thanks for Reading so far🙏 and Have a wonderful rest of the Day 😊!
