HOW TO MAKE TOAST BREAD WITH FRYING PAN

Today I will be sharing with you a recipe on how to make local Nigerian toast bread. More importantly, you don't need a toast machine for this purpose all you need is a frying pan.

Toast bread is a form of bread that has been exposed to heat and as a result have a brown color. Oftentimes, toast bread are made with sliced bread but in this post I'd be showing you how to make your toast bread with "agege bread" - a form of Nigerian bread that is not sliced.

INGREDIENTS

• Bread
  

• Egg
• Salt
  

• Seasoning - I used Indomie seasoning
  
  

• Pepper

THE PROCESS

• I bought two loaves of bread for the toast
  

• Slice the bread and set it aside
• Crack your egg and whisk it until it is well mixed
• Spray some oil into the frying pan
• Fry your egg
• Dish the egg out into a plate and fill your bread with the egg
  

• Place the bread into the frying pan, add some oil

• Turn the bread on medium heat

• Ensure its brown to your desired color
  

Food is ready
