Feliz y bendecido día
Happy and blessed day
Hello everyone, it's been a while since I shared any of my recipes. I took a break from cooking because these days I'm making different meals to take care of my health. I hope to share some of them with you. But the dish I'm presenting below is one I made for my family. It's a different way of cooking ground beef, since they were getting tired of the usual. To avoid falling into the same old routine, I decided to make it into meatballs. I hope you like it.
600 g de carne molida
4 tomates
1 pimiento rojo
1 cebolla
2 tallos de cebollín
6 dientes de ajo
1 zanahoria
salsa de soja
aceite
orégano
cúrcuma
orégano
sal
600 g ground beef
4 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 stalks of green onion
6 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
soy sauce
oil
oregano
turmeric
oregano
salt
- The first thing I do is season the meat, adding salt, a little soy sauce, turmeric, and oregano, then I mix everything together.
- Then I make small balls with the meat and place them on a plate with flour so they don't stick, and set them aside.
- Meanwhile, I place a pot of water on the stove over high heat and add the tomatoes and bell pepper, which I have washed beforehand, and let it boil for a while. Once ready, I let it rest.
- Now I cut the carrot into cubes and steam it. When it's ready, I set it aside.
- Then I take a frying pan, add oil, and when it is hot, I add the meatballs and fry them on both sides. When they are golden brown, I set them aside.
- Now, in a blender, add the tomatoes, the paprika you set aside, the onion, the peeled garlic cloves, a tablespoon of oregano, and salt to taste.
- Next, add the mixture to a pot and simmer over low heat. Then add the meatballs you set aside earlier, the carrots, salt to taste, and let it cook for a few minutes. And that's it!
- This is the final dish.
