Let me first state the reason of the thumbnail photo I've choose for this post. I checked back on all the photos I'm about to post today, they're all crazily delicious and I'm in the midst of trying to lose weight, I recon putting that photo as a preview, and had a lose weight title is going to create a huge contradiction. LOL
Photo was actually taken in the evening. Supposedly, it's the 2nd last photo, but decide to push it forward. I'm using #ecency web version, thumbnail select not ready to use yet. Let's get on with the breakfast, which I didn't take. One thing is, I think the day before I either play #drugwars until very late or I was watching prawn movie. The next day I overslept and had not enough time to grab some food.
Instead, a late breakfast(more like a brunch) with my dear friend Jacky Khor. Jacky is a used car dealer which I got to know him for more than a decade now. He's lucky to have quit his rental but remain a small collection of stock(used cars) surrounding his house, just before covid hit us. We dare not to say he's well ahead, but am sure he's not far behind despite the economy hit us so hard. He's nice enough to call me up for a quick catch up at the restaurant.
The pork noodle shop which is walking distance from his house, we usually hide there in the afternoon if I decided to NOT stay in office. The chef is a young punk, but the soup he boiled, the noodle he cooked, are awesome. Apologize if you don't eat pork, but nowadays seldom people sell pork noodle will include a liver slices in it.
After the noodle session, we went to Jacky house and help him solved some documentation, and some computer work he doesn't know how to deal with, before I even got a chance to say good bye, phone started ringing as my next appointment time is up. We went to Chili's at the Jaya Shopping Center, about 2km from my office. Not exactly sure if they're selling Mexican food or Merican food. There's pastas, pizzas, and also cajun chicken and risoto. But we didn't bother to find out, most important thing is, how does it taste.
I think Nestle Milo is one of the most populate chocolate malt drink in ASEAN region right? Here, you can have it bottomless. Once again, the advertisement said this is good for kids, eneregy drink with calcium(if you can sense the sarcasm), and I had it refilled 3 times!
The share platter we ordered came with boneless BBQ chicken, deep fried chicken breast, and also cheeseball and a few celery bar. It's freakishly delicious with different kind of cheese sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise and tatar.
By the time I reached home, to realized home minister saved me some food. Well, I'm not complaining. Braised chicken, chives omelet, long beans fried with eggplant and a stash of rice. There's my dinner. I don't even dare to do the calories count anymore. If I take a wild guess, this day easily hit me 2500kcal😅
