緊湊型生活
話說那天的血壓超標，可是我的生理好像完全沒有影響，所以我也沒有太在意。反正這東西也不是我能控制得住的。於是，班照上，舞照跳，馬照跑。 停車場前面剛剛被拆的樓盤，現在又開始動工，準備發展了。看樣子，這裡的景色很快就會來個大轉變了。所以，趁還有機會看到陽光的時候多拍幾張照片吧。不然以後，眼前就會剩下一片冷冰冰的大樓了。

不支而倒
自從刁曼島回來，再接上回老家拜祭老爸，再趕回來開工，一連串操作的拉叔，本來還以為自己很行，就是下面這個圖…… 週末的早上本來就是出去鍛煉的好時光，偏偏這一天早上，天遲遲都不亮。一亮的時候，已經是灰暗色，整個天空隆隆作響，我見勢都覺得此場大雨非下不可了，於是動身飛快……呃……以我現在的身手，六公里時速，走回去車哪裡大概還得走半個小時啊！

島去了、鄉回了，工又要開
文接上一回在家鄉去了老拉叔墳前誦經，紀念老人家生辰，隨後吃個午飯我們就急忙開車回來了。雖然我們早就料到，最後一天才啟程一定會被堵個十小時。但是，就算我們早一天回也不代表別人不會和我一個想法。 果不其然，我們還是踩了個雷，早一天回去還是堵了好幾個小時才回到家。然後剩下的時間就是打掃啊，晚飯啊，洗衣啊隔天幾乎睡不醒了，我馬上把自己拽下床去鍛煉一哈。畢竟一個星期沒有來登這個嶺，我還沒走半程就已經覺得腿很累了。

當病人不等於免疫
話說拉叔上次出事的時候是三月頭，到現在已經超過三個月了。我的康復路程雖然不敢說得心應手，不過我個人覺得已經恢復得6677了。對，馬來粵語有句話叫“轆轆柒柒”，是用來吐槽7788的。我們都知道七七八八是指一切都順利就差臨門一腳。而粵語六六七七就是指搞得不三不四，不上不下🤣

怡保大草場
續上一期我們從刁曼島回來吉隆坡後，還沒足二十四小時我們又出去了，直接把行李拽上車，漢堡晚餐吃飽喝足就開始回程，回去老家準備去老拉叔的墓園，紀念他的生日。 由於大晚上我們開車還挺順的，我們到達老家都還沒十二點，隔天大早上我就醒來了到大草場去鍛煉一哈。這草場我以前不是沒來過，因為幾乎每次回去老家，我總是每個早上都會來設立鍛煉的。
