Well, I guess, we here in the central valley of California could use some more rain. I know in the the southern California area, there is flooding going on.
I also hear that Tulare Lake is filling up with water, when it is used to be dried out.
I remember that last year here in the central valley, there was a lot of flooding. In my own city I would find streets that looked like rivers. Well, I am glad we don't have flooding like that again, this year, well, so far that is.
So you noticed my solar panels in my backyard? The rain, makes my solar panels look kind of shiny.
During the rain, my solar panels only produce about 200 to 300 watts at a given time. In the summer time these same solar panels can produce about 1600 to almost 2000 watts, but that is when the sun is overhead.
Now days the sun is more in its southern circle and the solar panels are taking in that light from a more southern angle, thus, less power if produced.
You know last year when we had all that flooding, we also had our electricity out. I remember I had a couple of battery packs that I can use to charge my phone.
My solar panels are connected to grid tie inverters that change the direct current to alternating current that is then plugged into the wall and all my appliances suck up all that energy.
But when the grid is down, my solar panels can't help me since they are tied to the grid. So things like battery packs would be useful when the grid is down.
Thinking about the electricity going out, I just bought a crank radio that I can also use to charge a phone.
It is just right now, I have shoulder pain, that came from my sleeping wrong. This has to do with the rotator cuff like pain. I was sleeping on a military cot, but now I am just sleeping on the couch, but sleeping while sitting up.
I woke up this day and it seemed I did sleep as I remember my dreams and I woke up and my shoulder didn't hurt, well, until I started to move it around, but I did wake, thinking I don't notice that pain.
I had a friend that was a nurse that told me long ago to take a certain type of enzyme. These enzymes would eat the inflammation. My friend told me to take these enzymes when I ripped my calf muscle. Some said, it may take 3 weeks to get back to normal, but with those enzyme pills I started to walk right within a week.
My friend passed away back in 2008, but I still remember what she told me about pain and the use of enzyme therapy.
So I bought about 50 dollars worth of these pills that use enzymes to take care of inflammation. I won't get these pills until Sunday, so in the meantime I will just have to take all my vitamins and minerals and sleep a certain way on my couch.
You know when I woke up today, I did remember a dream I had. I was walking in a field and then I saw my mom walking in the same field. I went up to her and I put my arm around her, and said, You know Mom, I was really scared when you were really sick and Dad too, but it lookes like everything is OK now. In my dream, my mom looked at me and smiled. My mom really looked young looking and her hair was really black, no gray at all. Well, then I woke up.
Then I thought, Oh, my mom is still passed away and my dad also, but still that was a good dream.
Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, with Jesus speaking, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. Luke 13:24.
