I would see videos of the 80's and people wanted to go back in time. They say they would love to go back in time to the 1980's.

So if we did have a time machine and we went back to the 1980's, how old would you be? In time movies when you enter into the time machine is about how old you would be when you came out of the time machine.

So here I am, if I could use a time machine and I am 67 years old as I write, I could go back to the 1980's but my body would still be my 67 years old self. I wouldn't be a young 20 year old, I would be me as I am at this present moment.

So even if I did go back in time, I wouldn't be the 20 year old self, but a 67 year old self in the 1980's, so would that change the experience of what some might think would happen?

My 67 year old self could go and find my 20 year old self, but would that mess things up? What if it messed things up and I cannot go back as the history changed and it even changed my 67 year old self, that is back in time.

My self in the 1980's did have a computer, but it was an IBM PC. It was very slow and no internet. Stuff to look up would still be in a library. As my younger self I used to spend hours in the public library, but if one might already knows what is possible, but the time is not yet, would that not bring frustration?

I could tell my younger self to buy Apple stock and buy gold, but in those days I still didn't make that much money. I could invest early, but what if the time machine could not bring me back to my real time, as the time machine is still experimental.

Maybe I just stick with this time line I am in at this present moment. Why want something that is not an exact science. One could get lost in time.

So if there was a time machine, I would let others go on it if they wanted to, but as for me, I will just stay here, the 1980's were fun, but don't we just remember the good times and we forgot about the bad times. Yes, those bad times we would have to live through again also.

Let's end with a scripture, with Jesus speaking, I am the vine, ye the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. John 15:5.
