Last week I did another special for my food delivery menu after some time of just focusing on building the main menu up. This time it's a potato dish called - Potato Gratin.

It's potato slices that's topped up with cream typically but for my dish, I did it with a bechamel sauce that I made from scratch using butter, garlic, flour, whole milk, and added some seasonings like dried oregano, salt, black pepper, worchestershire sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Before going into a preheated oven of 200 degrees celcius, I top it with more shredded cheddar which will give it a really nice golden brown after it's done baking in the oven.

There, look how wonderful it turned out. Simply delicious.

It's really creamy and decadent. Really good comfort food on rainy days like we're having of late here in Malaysia. Super comforting and warm to the tummy.
