Have a blessed day, everyone. Enjoy your meal, everyone, and above all, I hope you’re all doing well. Here’s a recipe for baked chicken—I hope you like it.
In a blender, blend the seasonings—such as parsley, tomato, onion, garlic, turmeric (half a spoon), cilantro, and a little pepper and salt.
It’s a good idea to crush the garlic cloves before adding them to the blender so they release their juices.
After washing the chicken, cut it into pieces and place it in an oven-safe dish.
Here you can see that I’m gradually adding the juice from the blended seasonings.
This way, we should add all the juice to the chicken and stir it a little with a spoon.
Then we put it in the oven at 250° C, and you always have to keep an eye on it to make sure our delicious chicken doesn’t burn.
It turns out I wasn’t able to take a photo of the chicken as a whole right after we took it out of the oven, but I did manage to snap a picture of the presentation—though we served the food very quickly because we had to leave—and I also had the chance to take a photo of my own plate.
We served the chicken with boiled plantains, a carrot, cabbage, and tomato salad, small corn buns, and an avocado sauce.
Here’s a look at the entire dish. I hope you like the presentation and that it inspires you to try baking chicken yourself. It was a very flavorful way to cook the chicken, and all the flavors of the seasonings really infused our delicious chicken.
Best regards, and thank you so much for stopping by my blog. Have a great week, friends!
