Hello, Hive family! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day. Spending time with our family is incredibly rewarding, and above all, enjoying a delicious pizza with the community you love is simply the epitome of happiness.
There’s a bakery in our part of town that makes really good pizzas. It’s called Panadería la Espiga de Oro. They sell lots of breakfast items there, as well as a variety of dinner options. My favorites are the pastries, but this time we decided to order pizza with malt.
My daughter and I love pizza, even though right now I’m in “eat healthy, eat at home” mode—I still feel like we owe it to ourselves to treat ourselves once in a while, especially when we’re with family.
The bakery has plenty of space, and the service is good, especially since the pizza was very fresh—something you rarely see in bakeries, since they almost always make it ahead of time, let it cool, and just reheat it when a customer orders it. It was simple but really good—the crust was a perfect combination of crispy and soft.
It was such a pleasure to spend time together and, above all, to catch up on mother-daughter topics. I’m happy to be able to share this with her.
