Tucked away in Nadayu 63, Ground FLAW is a cozy caf茅 that鈥檚 perfect for a casual bite or a relaxed coffee stop. I dropped by recently and decided to try their Sweet Potato Fries and Beef Gyudon Rice Bowl, and it turned out to be a pretty satisfying combo. Very nice chill and warm vibes all around.
The Beef Gyudon Rice Bowl was solid鈥攖ender slices of beef simmered in a savory sauce, served over warm rice. It鈥檚 comforting, well-seasoned, and hits that classic gyudon balance of salty, slightly sweet, and umami.
But the real standout for me was the Sweet Potato Fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were already good on their own鈥攂ut the house-made dipping sauce took them to another level. Creamy, flavorful, and addictive, it paired perfectly with the natural sweetness of the fries.
