This is my introduceyourself post!
Which a little bit about me, so my name is Daniel I am 22 years old and live in the north of England, I have never been health conscious or anything conscious until this year, when i became Vegan too, best decision of my life may I say, only because it stops a whole range of illness when you remove meat, another post coming on that, and favourite hobby is skateboarding, i started when i was about 6 years old but never really learnt anything apart from an ollie, (jumping in the air)
But i started again when i was 21 and I have definatley progressed alot more since then.
Its also very good for raising your heart beat, as you shpuld get your heart pumping your blood fast for half an hour atleast once a day! This helps your cardiovascular system stay healthy👍
