Today I wanted to share with you my carrot cake recipe, which I made last night. It is very easy to make, but it takes time to bake it (around 60-70 minutes).
The ingredients are for the cake are:
- Carrots.
- Flour.
- Baking powder.
- Cinnamon.
- Brown sugar (or dates if you don't like sugar, but it is not necessarily to use white sugar).
- Butter.
- Eggs.
- Vanilla extract.
- Walnuts.
For the topping I used:
- Mascarpone.
- Powdered sugar.
- Vanilla extract.
- Cinnamon.
- Walnuts.
- Carrots.
- Flowers from my garden 馃榿 馃尭
